I build AI agents and the systems around them. Over the past two years I have shipped three production AI agent systems: a sales agent that answers product questions and closes cash-on-delivery orders in chat, an AI receptionist that qualifies leads and books appointments across Instagram and WhatsApp, and a document-intelligence pipeline that turns receipts into structured, tax-compliant records.
I build the system around the model — tool-calling and orchestration, retrieval, evaluation and continuous improvement, and the integration work that makes an agent usable inside a real product.

How I work
Take the model out of decisions it should not make
A language model that is usually right is not good enough for a step that moves money. At Kommerce the order-confirmation step reads through a deterministic parser instead, and anything ambiguous goes to a person.
Keep models out of the scoring path
Scoring an agent with another model means the quality bar moves whenever the judge model does. Kommerce's eval harness has no model in it at all; OCR-AI derives per-field confidence from cross-model agreement rather than from a model's opinion of itself.
Treat escalation as a normal outcome
Handing a conversation to a person is a success path, not a failure. Both agent systems are built so the handoff is a designed route rather than an error branch.
